Melissa is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), founder, and a Florida native. She serves as the primary driver for success within the company by creating the standards, goals, and direction for the business to travel. “My name is Melissa Haworth. I am local and the owner of Shorefront Investments. Before Michael destroyed our homes, my focus was on purchasing properties and rehabbing them to provide safe, clean and affordable housing. Since witnessing first-hand, the total destruction our community has endured and the effect it has had on our residents I have turned my attention to helping homeowners that have problems get out of their homes that were destroyed.”
JD Monroe
JD Monroe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a visionary entrepreneur. He serves as the lead deal analyst and acquisitions manager. He establishes long-range goals, strategies, plans and processes to meet the needs of customers, employees, and investors. JD is also an Air Force veteran. “Hey! I’m JD! I have been investing in real estate and communities since 2014 and I love to see the drastic transformation that takes place in individual homes as well as the neighborhoods with a little bit of hard work and vision!
